Items are shipped from Italy. Package is always trackable with GLS or DHL Express.

When dispatching you’ll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. Please, make sure you give us your right e-mail address and check your Spam if you don’t receive any e-mail.

Payments method accepted are PayPal or credit cards (also rechargeable cards).

Please keep attention in giving us your address, make sure it is complete and correct in order to avoid delays in delivery.

CUSTOM CLEREANCE

If customs fees are applied to a shipment, these fees are charged to the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

SHIPMENTS FOR CANARY ISLAND & ICELAND

Watches and accessories are shipped from Monday to Friday and every order is sent the next working day when we receive the payment.

We use only DHL Express to ship in Canary Island. (3 working days delivery).

Items are shipped from Italy. Package is always trackable with DHL Express.

The shipping is free for order over 130€.

REST OF WORLD

SHIPMENTS FOR WATCHES AND ACCESSORIES FOR ITALY

Watches and accessories are shipped from Monday to Friday and every order is sent the next working day starting from when we receive the payment.

Shipments are provided by GLS Express and the parcel arrives in 1-2 working days (except for islands, Calabria and areas poorly served; in these cases, delivery takes 3 working days).

When dispatching you’ll receive 2 e-mails: one from us and the other one from GLS, usually in the evening, where you’ll find the tracking number. Please, make sure you give us your right e-mail address and check your Spam if you don’t receive any e-mail. You can directly contact any GLS office for further information concerning the shipment; you’ll just need to indicate the tracking number. If you don’t receive your parcel in 3 days starting from the day of the shipment, please contact GLS.

The courier tries to dispatch your order in 2 different days, but if delivery fails, GLS keeps the parcel for 10 days and then send it back to us. In this last case payment will be required for a new shipment.

THE ADDRESS CAN’T BE CHANGED AFTER THE ORDER CONFIRMATION

Woodstock Zambon is not responsible for delays resulting from mistakes made by customer when inputting the address.

ORDERS NOT ARRIVED

If you don't receive the package within 10/15 working days contact us woodstockzambonassistance@gmail.com. If your package returns to the company, a payment will be requested for a shipment, so always check with the tracking code and in your e-mail address even if you have received communications.
